Setting up Market Reports will help to nurture your clients with trend and statistical data to help keep them aware of what is happening in the market.
Create a New Market Report
On the lead’s profile page, you will see the "Engagement" tab on top of the page. In the "Engagement" tab, click on "+ New Report" under the Market Reports section.
Enter the city or zip code (those are the only two options that are accepted) and choose accordingly from the suggestion box. These should be for areas that are of interest to the lead. Each separate area will send a separate email.
Choose the frequency on how often you would like to send the reports.
Click Preview to be sent an example of what this market report will look like and Save to save the Market Report settings.
Each report will be sent out once the data from the previous month is ready. Normally, this will occur on the 5th day of each month.
Edit / Delete Market Report
To edit the alert, simply select the "Edit" option for the existing alert. The trash icon next to it can be clicked to remove the market report:
