Our elaborately designed Lead Profile Page provides you a quick insight into your leads as well as a convenient way to record their information. On this page, you can easily contact your lead in one click, and apply a variety of automatic tools to nurture it.
Get to Know Your Lead
The left part of this page displays the lead’s basic information.
You can view the lead’s name, contact information, registration date, source, and family members, etc. By clicking “View Full Details”, you can view more information, such as the lead’s social media accounts.
Provides the data related to the lead’s preference, including the seller lead’s potential properties for sale, the buyer’s preferred area and price range of listings, etc. The data here is systematically computed by analyzing the leads activities. You can always modify them as you prefer.
Chime will recommend listings that meet your lead's search criteria. If you click on "View Matched Listings" you are able to send these listings to your client. For more information please see Matched Listings Linked to Lead Detail Page.
Shows up when you scroll down. It lists the current assignee's for the leads. In here, you’ll be able to set up or reassign the roles.
At the bottom of the left pane, you can easily switch to the last/next lead on the list, or go back to the People page at any time.
The middle part of this page displays the lead’s timeline. You can view all the contact records of your leads and their activities on the website. Utilize the filters at the top to locate the timeline that you want in a matter of seconds.
You can also filter the type of activity to easily find only one thing or a mix of certain types. For example, maybe you only want to find emails that were sent manually, not automatically via a Smart Plan or property alerts. This filter allows you to do that.
Contact Your Lead
Call, text, or email via Chime
If you click the “Email” button, you can send an email to the lead immediately. You can also text or call the leads through the “Text” and“Call” buttons. All contact actions will be logged in the activities section.
**You will need the Dialer Package use the "Call" feature and a Text Package to use the "Text" Feature. For more information please see How to add a call or test package to your CRM
Notate and log actions
The top of the page can be clicked to show a text box (as seen on snapshot) where you can add new notes as well as emails/calls/texts records. Aside from that, you can share your notes with other agents/lenders by inputting @ to notify them.
Users can edit notes that were made on a lead profile and are available on the timeline. There will be an "Edit" icon to the right of the note. Only the note portion of the logs can be edited. The notes can be edited by anyone with access to the lead even if they did not make the note. Editing notes will not change the timestamp of the note.
To add additional info about a seller lead’s properties or a buyer lead’s target listings, you can click “+” in “Insight” section to add new records.
Follow up with your Lead
Appointments and Tasks - If you need to remind your team member or yourself to follow up on the lead in the future, you can easily create a Task or an Appointment on the right-hand side of this page, which can alert you in several ways at the time you specify. Alternatively, you can apply the smart plan to set up a workflow with multiple tasks.

Automatic Follow-up Tools
Engagement - You can apply Chime automatic tools to send Property Alerts & Market Snapshots
In the Lead Engagement section, you can configure the property alert to send recommended listings automatically, and also the market report to auto-send the real estate market trend report on area(s) the lead is interested in.
In the Search Criteria section, you can manage/edit the lead’s preferred search criteria.
In the Properties section, you can manage/edit the properties the lead would like to list or purchase.
Smart Plans - You can view all the Smart Plans assigned to your lead.
In the Applied Plans section, you can apply drip campaigns or pre-configured workflows to send them regular emails or holiday greetings.
In the Suggestions section, it will show Chime recommended Smart Plans. These recommended ones can be edited on the smart plan settings page.
Create Transactions and Manage Documents
*IMPORTANT: For each file, the limit is 10 MB. There is no limit to the number of files that can be added to one lead.
Under the Transaction & Docs tab, you can create lead transactions to help your team and yourself to calculate revenue and commissions.
You can also upload/manage documents on this tab and share them with the lender.
