Chime agents and lenders can collaborate on leads where access is given to the lender to participate. The lender is only given limited access to the lead- meaning the primary owner remains the Chime user. Below is an outline of what tools are available to the lender.
Adding a Lender to a Lead
A lender is given access to a lead by either (a) lender lead routing (Settings > Lead Distribution > Agent Routing > For Lenders) or (b) by being assigned directly on a lead profile page:
Once assigned, the lender will receive a push notification via the web/mobile app, as well as an email notification. The lender will then be able to access a limited view of the lead profile page.
By default, the lender view is limited as far as access is concerned. This means that the lender will not be able to adjust the lead's name, phone number, email, and other contact details. Should these details need to be updated, the lender can send a note to the agent to make the necessary change. The lender is also unable to delete the lead.
Collaborating / Sharing Notes
By product design, all notes and logs will be shared between the lender and the agent. When a note is made, all individuals in the "Assigned To" section will have access to view that note. No notifications will be sent to either the agent or the lender. However, the agents and the lenders can @tag each other in notes to send notifications to either party by doing the following. . .

When the @tag is used, a push notification will be triggered via the app/web as well as via email to the person tagged. This is the ideal way to communicate between participating parties.
Either party can upload documents and indicate whether they would like to share it with the other party.

Currently, tasks cannot be assigned between a lender and an agent type accounts. If a lender if using an agent-type account, a task can be assigned.
