Introduction
In this article, we will review how to set up email parsing in Chime for RE/MAX LeadStreet leads.
What kind of Email will be Parsed?
Chime is able to parse a new lead into your CRM based on an email alert that comes from RE/MAX LeadStreet to your Chime-integrated email. Here are the common items that Chime searches for in Email Parsing:
From Address: website@reliancenetwork.com
Subject: RE/MAX LeadStreet Lead (xxx)
Email Body:
How to Set it Up
Once logged in to the User’s Account, select the Home tab, then choose Max Center. From within the Max Center, you can then select LeadStreet.
Once within LeadStreet, you can select My Account > Account Settings. Put in your integrated email (in Chime) in the Email Address or Alternate Email Address option and click Save.
How to find your unique Chime email address in Chime?
Go to the Settings page, and under the Features section on the right of the page, click Integration to Integration page and then click Lead Capture.
On the bottom of this page, you will see Auto-import Lead via third-party providers. Here, you will see your Chime email, which you will use to auto-import leads from Realtor.com. In this section, click Copy.
