Introduction
In this article, we will review how to set up email parsing in Chime for Bold Leads.
What kind of Email will be Parsed?
Chime is able to parse a new lead into your CRM based on an email alert that comes from Bold Leads to your Chime integrated email. Here are the common items that Chime searches for in Email Parsing:
From Address: noreply@boldleads.com or emails@boldleads.com
Subject: New Buyer(or Seller) Lead from xxx.boldleads.com
Email Body:
How to Set it Up
Login to your Bold Leads account here http://boldleads.com/accounts/login.php
Click Settings and then Email Routing Settings and put your connected email address or your @chime.me email address. Then click Save settings and do a test lead on your website.
Note: The fields parsed from Bold Leads are Full Name, Email, and Phone. Any other fields will be parsed as Note in Chime.
How to find your unique chime.me email address in Chime
Go to the Settings page, and under the Features section on the right of the page, click Integration to Integration page and then click Lead Capture.
On the bottom of this page, you will see Auto-import Lead via third-party providers. Here, you will see your Chime email, which you will use to auto-import leads from Realtor.com. In this section, click Copy.
