Introduction
This article provides an overview of the features available in the Lofty Real Estate App which is currently available as a closed beta to a limited number of Chime users.

Overview
Login Page
The login page will look different than what you are used to with the Chime app, but you can still use your Chime credentials to login (assuming your account has been enabled to beta test).
Chat Page
Use this page to manage and respond to messages.
- Text communication with leads
- AI Assistant messages (if applicable)
- (NEW) Individual and group messages with other users on your same Chime account
Use the search feature to easily find specific messages.
All notifications will also be located on this page:
- Task reminders
- Opportunities
- New leads
- Reassigned leads
- Communication from leads
- AI Assistant notifications
People Page
For the most part, this is the same as the Chime app but now has two separate sub-pages: (1) Leads and (2) Contacts):
- "Leads" are all leads, same as before, synced with the web app
- "Contacts" are only able to be added by the account/team owner currently, but that functionality will be expanded in future updates.
Listings Page
The Listings page will be the same as the web version of Chime. The Discover tab will have the same functionality as the web app's All Listings page.
The My Listings tab currently displays only one's own listings, and in the future, it will have an additional entry for Team Listings.
Currently, when sharing listings, they can only be shared within chats to other users on the same Chime account. In future updates, they will be able to be shared in other ways too, and exteranally.
All Other Features
All other features will be the same as the standard Chime app.
