Your showing requests are received in real time when your lead schedules a tour from your IDX Website. As more and more requests flow in, this section will become a register for you to organize the tour appointments.
How can I receive showing requests?
When a lead submits a showing request, you will receive notifications by email, and by push if you have installed Chime App and enabled notifications.
How do I manage requests?
You can view all the showing requests you received in the Task Management module by clicking "Showing Request" on the left sidebar.
Click on the lead's name to visit its detail page, then you can see the details of the showing request in the Appointment section on the right.
How to engage leads and get more showing requests?
Using the Property Alert function, you can automatically recommend listings to your leads that they may be interested in.
