With Text Templates you can adjust the "Auto Welcome Text" as well as "My Text Templates" and "Team Text Templates."
Auto Welcome Text
The time range and message content are displayed here and can be edited. There is a switch on the "Status" column to turn the auto welcome texts on/off, as well as the buttons to edit/delete just to the right. Turning the auto welcome text on will send a message via SMS to new incoming leads.
Click "+ Add" to create a new welcome text, select the time range, and customize the message content. "Time Range" indicates which welcome text will be sent to incoming leads that enter the CRM at a certain time. If a lead enters the CRM at a time with no corresponding time range set then there will be no welcome text sent to them.
My Text Templates
These text templates are only accessible to you on your user account. This page will display the "Template Name" as well as a portion of the "Message." The edit and delete options are located on the right side.
Click "+ Add" to give a new template a name and write the body of the SMS message. You can also pull from other templates with the drop down menu. One of the more useful features is the option to insert "Variables" which will be replaced with the content from that lead's profile in the message itself.
Team Message Template
This section is the same as "My Text Templates" except that these templates are accessible to all the users on the team to use. However, only those that have been given the "Team Templates" permission will have the option to create, edit, or delete these templates.
