You may be interested in adding a preferred lender to your Chime account. This would allow the preferred lender to access information associated with the leads assigned to them. Chime has two different options that a Team Owner/Admin can choose from as part of Chime's Cooperative Lead Gen Program: the Cost-Sharing Plan and the Flex Plan. Note: All lender accounts must be set up via the Team Owner/Admin.
Cost Sharing Plan
With the Cost-Sharing Plan option, a lender can split the cost of Chime lead generation or CRM access 50/50. Only one Cost-Sharing Plan lender can be set up per Chime account.
Multiple Flex Plan lenders can be added. This plan does not share any of the platform or lead generation costs.
Once the Team Owner/Admin invites the lender, they will receive a Welcome Email that looks something like this. If the lender agrees, they will then be able to provide payment information if the Cost-Sharing Plan was selected, or simply create your account if the Flex Plan option was chosen.
Lender Account Type Limitations
The lender account type is not designed to work leads independently of agents. This being the case, a Chime lender account cannot bring in leads or manually add their own. Instead, the lender will only be able to work on leads assigned to them via Chime users.
