In this article, we will review how to set up email parsing in Chime for Spacio leads.
What kind of Email will be Parsed?
Chime is able to parse a new lead into your CRM based on an email alert that comes from Spacio to your Chime integrated email. Here are the common items that Chime searches for in Email Parsing:
From Address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Subject: Lead for xxx (Your Open House Name)
How to Set it Up
Login to your Bold Leads account here: https://spac.io/dashboard/
Click Settings > Integrations and then Click the ADWERX (Currently Chime is not supported, however, this can be realized by other product integration).
Enter your Chime integrated email address in the Email field and then click APPLY.
Note: You can test this by registering a new lead on your open house in Spacio. The fields parsed from Spacio are Full Name, Email, and Phone. Any other fields will be parsed as Note in Chime.
How to find your unique chime email address in Chime
Go to the Settings page, and under the Features section on the right of the page, click Integration to Integration page and then click Lead Capture.
On the bottom of this page, you will see Auto-import Lead via third-party providers. Here, you will see your Chime email, which you will use to auto-import leads from Realtor.com. In this section, click Copy.
