In this article, we will review how to edit the agent name and photo that appears on the chatbox on your Chime website.
Log Into CMS Tool
First, log into your CMS tool, click Edit Website, and go to Pages > Home > Chat Box.
From here you are able to edit the greeting words and chatbox style.
- Chat content style: ‘Hidden’ will only show your profile photo and name; ‘Show’ will also display the greeting words besides the agent profile:
- Chat Content: customize your preferred greeting words to show on the chatbox.
- Chat Agent: This section is based on the creator’s info by default, and you can go ‘settings-Basic info-creator’ to edit the profile, like the name or headshot. Click on the blank and you will see the suggestions in the drop-down:
- Chat Box Style: there are also two styles for you to choose:
Click ‘Save’ to preview, and ‘publish’ to make it public.
