In this article, we will review how to edit the Home Evaluation page on your Chime website.
Log Into CMS Tool
First, enter the into the CMS Tool > Pages > Selling > Home Evaluation:
From here you can manage the home evaluation page settings.
Banner: From here you can edit the wording and images on the Home Evaluation page. Please note that only up to 10 images can be used for the slideshow option.
Auto Home Value: If you select "YES," the leads will receive a home value estimate after typing in their home address and providing their contact information. If you select "NO," the site will not present a home value estimate after they type in the home address and provide their details. Instead, they will see information to get in contact with agents who can then provide a more accurate estimate.
Show Unit Field: Use this option if you would like a field to be available for "Unit" if you are working in locations with condos, apartments, etc. You would not normally need this field if you are in an area with single family homes, etc.
Click "Save" to preview the changes and click "Publish" to push the changes to the live website.
Home Evaluation Report
After requesting a home evaluation via this feature, site visitors will receive an email that looks like the following (assuming the option to provide the home value is selected):
