To add an additional email address to receive Chime’s new lead alert, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your Chime CRM account
- Navigate to Settings > User > Preferences > My Preferences
- Find the option for "Additional emails"
- Click on "Add an Email"
- Type in the additional email address
- Upon confirmation, you will have successfully added an additional email address to receive new lead alerts from Chime
- If you want to add more email addresses, repeat the same steps
If you wish to remove an email address from this list, you can do so by following these steps:
- Move the cursor to the end of the email address that you wish to delete
- Click the "X" to delete
- A popup will appear asking for confirmation, click "Yes"
- The email will be deleted
