You can integrate your CloudCMA account with your Chime CRM. This will allow you to easily create custom CMAs (Comparative Market Analysis) directly from your CRM! Simply log in to your Chime CRM and follow the steps outlined below.
Click the Settings button on the top of the page. Then click on the Integrations button on the left.
In the list of applications that appear find Cloud CMA, and click the corresponding Connect button.
After you click on the Connect button, a Connect your Cloud CMA Account window will appear. Click on the bolded integration page link to obtain your API key.
Once you’ve clicked on the bolded integration page link, you will be directed to the Cloud CMA website. Here, you will need to log in.
After you log in, click on Settings on the top right next to your username. Then, click on Lead Gen.
After you’ve clicked on Lead Gen, you will be directed to the API Integration page. Here, you can copy your API key.
Once you’ve copied the API key, go back to your Chime CRM. Paste the API key into the Cloud CMA API key section, then, click Save.

Send CloudCMA Report
Click on the People page on the top menu bar.
Then, choose which Lead who you would like to send a CMA Report to. Once you’ve clicked the Lead name, you will enter the lead detail page.
Click on Engagement and Scroll down to Properties on the left. Click Send CMA next to the property. You will be unable to send a CMA report without a property listed in this section (see How To Add a Property Address Under Lead's "Preferences").
After you click on the Send CMA button, a GENERATE CMA REPORT window will appear.
Allow a few seconds for a window to pop up with the CloudCMA report. Here, you can click the website to preview or click here to edit the report.
If you click here to edit this report, you will enter the Cloud CMA website. You can click Fetch Listings and then click Customize Report.
When you edit the report, click Publish Report.
*Please note that at times Cloud CMA may not generate a report automatically. In these scenarios, you will see another pop-up that looks like the following. Click Copy Report Link to be taken to CloudCMA, find the link from CloudCMA directly, and then return to Chime to paste it in the Report Link section.
Next, click the Send Report button.
Finally, a window will appear with the title, ‘NEW EMAIL’. Here, you can edit and send the new email.
