You can easily reset your password if you have lost access to your account for whatever reason. Follow the steps below to do so.
1. Navigate to https://chime.me/, and click "Sign In" in the top-right corner.
2. Click on "Forgot your password?"
3. Type in the email address associated with your Chime account and click “Send Email.”
4. Check your email inbox for the email giving you the option to “Reset Password.” Click on that button.
5. Type in a new password, confirm it, then click “Reset.”
6. Navigate back to https://chime.me/, click on "Sign In" in the top-right corner, type in your email address and the new password, and log into the account.
