You can easily reset your password if you have lost access to your account for whatever reason.
Follow the steps below to do so.
Navigate to https://chime.me/, and click Sign In in the top-right corner.
Click on Forgot your password?
Type in the email address associated with your Chime account and click “Send Email.”
Check your email inbox for an email that looks like the following and click the Reset Password button.
Type in a new password, confirm it, then click “Reset.”
You should see a confirmation message that looks like the following:
Navigate back to https://chime.me/, click on "Sign In" in the top-right corner, type in your email address and the new password, and log into the account.
