Check out this quick overview of how Chime Task Management is set up to improve your interactions with leads managed in the Chime CRM:
Your Chime CRM can remind you to make calls, emails, texts, and set appointments for your leads by creating Tasks for each of them in the Tasks section.
But first, if you see the To-Do’s in the dashboard, it’ll show you today’s tasks and upcoming/overdue task. And you can also change Team/My Dashboard if you have the permission.
If you want to see all of your Tasks for the day, week, or month in one place, you can click on the Tasks tab on the top menu bar. Here, you can filter the Task Type, Pipeline that leads are in, and the Task Origin.
You can also create follow-ups to the task by clicking on the arrow at the right-hand side of the screen. A form will then pop up asking you when you would like to schedule the follow-up or you can mark it as complete.
For every single task, you can click on the checkbox to complete it, or edit it. There are 3 ways to follow up on the task, postpone/action/complete. Once you complete the task, it will go to the overdue Finished table.
