Door Knock(App)
A brand new Door Knock feature has been released in our App. Agents can use our Door Knock map to visit leads near their neighbourhood, and easily add the homeowners as partial leads or convert them to your leads.
Access door knock map by clicking Door Knock in Lead List.
In the map, you can see your location and the partial leads nearby. Check other locations and the number of partial leads(or called door knock target) from your CRM by zoom in and out of the map. You can add new door knock targets based on your location by clicking the Add button. We recommend you doing this while visiting homeowners.
Easily change door knock status, record contact info or make notes during or after visiting door knock targets. You can save their info and convert it into a full lead later. We also provide the ‘Reverse Search’ feature to help you look-up the homeowner’s name and phone number associated with the address.
Chime Learning Center(Web)
We created a new Learning System for our agent users. Access the Learning System in Dashboard for the training videos. You are able to track your progress in the Learning Center.
Send Listing Optimization(Web)
The property link will be inserted when you’re sending mass texts under “Listing Management”.
You can send mass texts by using the “Send to Leads” feature.
Email attachments optimization(Web)
You can upload attachments in Mass Mail, My/Team Email Template, and Smart Plan's Auto Email.
Caller ID Optimization(Web)
Dialer users can choose to display their virtual number or phone number in the automatic email by filling in the ‘Phone Number’ under User Profile page. If the automated email contains the variable "Agent_Phone", it will display the numbers.
Under ‘Manage Dialer’, users can edit their cell phone number to be used by Dialer.
And they can choose to display their cell phone number or virtual number in outbound calls under "Caller ID to Display” setting.
Multiple MLS Agent ID(Web)
You can input multiple MLS Agent IDs under “Profile” setting.
