Chime Dashboard lists a series of important data that will guide you through your daily work and give you insights into running your business. Reviewing this information at the start of your day is an excellent way to stay on top of things.
- New Leads: This shows how many new leads are in your CRM as of today, as well as the number of new leads that have not been contacted. Clicking this panel will take you to the People page and show you today’s new leads.
- Opportunities: Displays how many leads are marked as Opportunities for the day. More information regarding Opportunities can be found here: Opportunities.
- To-Do’s: Today’s tasks, upcoming tasks, and overdue tasks.
- Business Goal: Shows the progress of business goals. A goal must be set in the settings in order for this section to populate.
Today’s Hot Listings
This section shows the number of new listings, price reduced listings and new open houses for the day by default. When the order of hotsheets on the Listing Discovery page is adjusted, the top three will display in this section. Clicking the corresponding panel will take you to the Listing Discovery page and show the associated listings.
A simple summary of Smart Plan emails sent will be shown here as well as recommended Smart Plans which have the most matched leads based on their search criteria, etc. You can view the leads by clicking the matched numbers. Chime suggests that you add the Smart Plan to these suggested leads after confirming that they would be a good fit for that content.
A simple summary of Property Alert emails sent data will be shown here along with the viewed and saved data shown on the right side. The number of new leads without property alerts will also be listed as well. We suggest that you add property alert to any leads without them.
Chime has an internal learning center for you which includes introduction videos for many of the main features of Chime. You can watch the videos to learn the basics of the system and supplement additional learning with the Help Center.
Dialer and Email Usage
The Dialer (if you have purchased a Chime Call/Text Package) and email monthly usage will be shown at the bottom of the Dashboard page.
