Team Owners or Admins can edit the profile and email signature of their team members. For more information on what these fields include, see the following: Complete your Chime Profile.

The Email Signature option looks like this:
Edit Team Member Profiles and Email Signatures
- Navigate to Settings
- Click on Agent under the Team section
- Make sure you are on the Agent List
- Click on the Edit icon next to the name of the user whose information you want to edit
- Select Profile or Email Signature on the left side
- Edit the profile. This includes all the information previously mentioned in this Help Center article: Complete your Chime Profile.
