Auto emails contain two types of variables that can be used to reference specific data in the CRM for both lead and agent details. These variables help Chime users to fill in the email with information that already exists in the CRM system. The two categories of variables are Lead Variables and Agent Variables. Here is where they can be edited in an email template:
These variables contain basic information that can be found on the left column of a lead's profile page. Some details will vary depending on the lead type.
Basic information for all lead types:
|Lead_Name||Full name of the lead.|
|Lead_First_Name||First name of the lead.|
|Lead_Last_Name||Last name of the lead.|
|Lead_Email||Lead's primary email address.|
|Lead_Phone||Lead's primary phone number.|
|Lead_Mailing_Address||Lead's mailing address.|
*Note that if the information is not filled in on the lead's profile, it will not appear in the details section. You can always manually add this information by clicking . . . > Edit Details as seen here:
Additional information for Seller Leads:
If the lead is marked as "Seller," some of the variable data will populate from information that is found in the "Seller Preferences" block found under the "Engagement" tab of a lead profile
|Seller_Lead_Address||Refers to the address of a seller lead's property. If the lead has multiple properties, it shows the newest address of the lead's properties.|
|Seller_Property_Price||Refers to the price of a seller lead's property according to the "Seller_Lead_Address" variable.|
*Note that if the information is missing from the lead's properties, you can manually add to them by clicking the "edit" button on the properties block under "Engagement."
Additional information for Buyer Leads:
If the lead type is "Buyer," the variable data populates from the "Buyer Preferences" block on the "Engagement" tab of a buyer lead's profile page.
|Buyer_Lead_City||Refers to the city name the lead has searched for. This can be an automatically added as a result of the lead's activities on the Chime website or it can be manually added by a Chime user in the "Search Criteria" block.|
|Buyer_Inquiry_Price||Refers to the price of the listing the lead has searched for according to "Buyer_Lead_City" variable.|
|Buyer_inquired_Listing_Addr||Refers to the address of a buyer lead's properties that have been labelled with the "Buying" labels (High Interest, Saved Listing, Left Message, Requested Showing, Finished Showing, Under Contract, Purchased). If the lead has multiple properties, it shows the earliest one.|
The agent variables contain basic information for each individual Chime user on a specific team. It is divided by the different roles of team agents. By default we have two agent roles including "Agent" and "Assistant."
|Agent_Name||The current sender's full name.|
|Agent_First_Name||The current sender's first name.|
|Agent_Last_Name||The current sender's last name.|
|Agent_Email||The current sender's email address.|
|Agent_Phone||The current sender's phone number.|
|Signature||Pulls in the current sender's signature from Settings > User > Profile.|
|My_Website||The current sender's URL to the home page of their IDX website.|
|Home_Evaluation||The current sender's URL to the Home Evaluation page on their website.|
|Assigned_Agent_Company_Name||Assigned agent's company name.|
|Assigned_Agent_Website||Assigned agent's website.|
|Assigned_Agent_Attachment||Assigned agent's attachment.|
|Assigned_Agent_Name||Assigned agent's full name.|
|Assigned_Agent_First_Name||Assigned agent's first name.|
|Assigned_Agent_Last_Name||Assigned agent's last name.|
|Assigned_Agent_Phone||Assigned agent's phone number.|
|Assigned_Agent_Email||Assigned agent's email.|
|Assigned_Agent_Position||Assigned agent's position.|
|Assigned_Agent_License_ID||Assigned agent's license ID.|

Custom Role Variables
When Custom Roles are created under Settings > Team > Agent > Agent Roles, there will be new variables added for each new role. More information regarding custom roles can be found in this article: Additional Roles. Here are the definitions of those variables, [custom_role] being the name of the actual custom role that has been added in each setting:
|Assigned_[custom_role]_name||[custom_role]'s full name.|
|Assigned_[custom_role]_First_Name||[custom_role]'s first name.|
|Assigned_[custom_role]_Last_Name||[custom_role]'s last name.|
|Assigned_[custom_role]_Email||[custom_role]'s email address.|
|Assigned_[custom_role]_Phone||[custom_role]'s phone number.|
|Assigned_[custom_role]_Company_Name||[custom_role]'s Company Name.|
|Assigned_[custom_role]_License_ID||[custom_role]'s license ID.|
