Slybroadcast is a service that can be used to send pre-recorded “ringless voicemails” one at a time, in batches, or via a Smart Plan schedule. You can subscribe to Slybroadcast through THIS LINK.
After you get your Slybroadcast account information, follow the steps below to integrate Slybroadcast with Chime.
First, you need to go to the Integration Section to bind your account. Navigate to Settings > Integrations to find the option to connect Slybroadcast.
After clicking “Connect,” enter the account login and password to complete the integration. Remember to update your account info if you ever change the account or password at Slybroadcast, otherwise the integration will break and you will be unable to send pre-recorded voice messages through Chime.
Click “Disconnect” and re-enter your account login and password if you want to update your account if needed.
After the integration is complete, you can send pre-recorded voice messages in mass via the People Page--the process is basically the same as sending mass texts/emails using Chime. Please note that Chime will automatically remove leads with invalid numbers.
When using the integration, the system requires a “Caller ID” to be selected as well as the selection of a pre-recorded voice message in order to work. The “Caller ID” will be shown as the number on the lead’s voicemail thus a business number would be ideal.
If you do not have any voice recordings ready to use, you can create one with this link: https://www.slybroadcast.com/addnewrecording.php.
Once you send the pre-recorded voice messages, the activity will be documented on the timeline of the lead(s). The system will update the status of the delivery of the voice message(s) as feedback is provided by Slybroadcast.
Chime also supports sending pre-recorded voice messages with Smart Plans, but only for the “My Smart Plan” type.
The voice message(s) will be sent to the lead according to the Smart Plan steps. If the voice message delivery fails (based on the feedback from Slybroadcast), the system will convert the step to a “Call” task for manual completion.
Finally, it’s important to remember that the sending of pre-recorded voice messages can produce a variety of errors--especially when related to do so via an automated Smart Plan. Chime has added an email notification for abnormal situations such as incorrect account info, insufficient usage, and unavailable voice templates. Each email will outline the error for further follow up. Please follow the suggestions when receiving the email.
