Import Reverse Option
When importing leads, there is often a need to reverse the import and remove the leads that were created because the import was done incorrectly, etc. Chime now allows for users to reverse their import after one has already been processed as long as it is within 24 hours of actually importing the leads. This option is available under Settings > Features > Lead Import > Import History.
This will work regardless of whether the leads have been contacted, etc. The option will no longer be available after 24 hours of processing the import. The leads will be deleted completely from the system with this option--meaning they will not be sent to the "Deleted Leads" section of the People page.
Add a Lead / Edit a Lead Field Consistency
Prior to this update, when adding a lead and editing a lead, the options available were different. Now, however, they are the same in both situations in order to stay consistent.
Bounced Email Filter
An additional filter has been added on the People page that now allows for Chime user's to filter their leads by those who have had an email address marked as "bounced." If that email is manually marked as "valid" by the Chime user, it will no longer show up on the filter. This filter only applies for primary email addresses.
The filter option is available under the People page and "Contact Info" on the left side:
Market Report Timing Optimization
Chime has optimized the schedule that a market report is sent out in order to make sure the data is ready before sending out an email with incomplete information. The market report will now be sent out after the data from the prior month is available--typically on the 5th of each month.
Open House Form Creation with MLS Data
When creating an Open House form via Chime, the details and images of that property can now be auto-populated directly from the MLS. The option to manually upload an image is still available.
*This feature is currently only available on the Web App but will also be an option via the Mobile App in an upcoming release.
Opportunity Notification for Additional Form Submissions
In addition to the Opportunity notifications mentioned in this Help Center article: Opportunities, Chime now supports an additional opportunity push and email notification when a current client completes a form on the "Lead Generation" landing page template as well as on the lead form found on neighborhood pages of Templates 1 and 2 (currently not on 3 and 4 because the form disappears for current clients on those templates).
With each of these, a notification will be triggered like the following:
There will also be a note added on the lead profile indicating where the form was filled out on the website:
When adding/editing a transaction in Chime, additional debits/credits can now be recorded per transaction. This is where each of them is recorded:
