Market Snapshot (replaces Seller Alert)
Two notable changes have been made with this update:
- "Seller Property Alert" is now called "Market Snapshot." All current seller property alerts will be transferred to the "Market Snapshot" section.
- Market Report (by "subdivision" only) has moved to the Market Snapshot feature. The main reason for this change is a noticeable lack of MLS data for the format of Chime Market Reports at the subdivision level. In order to provide data for subdivisions, all current subdivision market reports will be transferred to the Market Snapshot feature.
A "Market Snapshot" can be seen as a simplified CMA (competitive market analysis). The fields available when setting up a Market Snapshot are the same as when setting up a Seller Alert previously. In the email received by a lead, listings are categorized by listing stats (sold, pending, etc). A Market Snapshot can also be added for buyer/renter leads.

After clicking on any of the "View More" or "Check More Details" buttons for additional information, a lead will be taken to a new Market Snapshot landing page which will display more information for the specific area they are looking at. If the email is old, the Market Snapshot landing page will still display the newest information. Here is the what page looks like:
Smart Plan Improvements
Support for Birthday Smart Plans for Family Members
When applying a birthday Smart Plan to a lead, it will be activated on all family members who have a birth date listed on their profile separately. The auto emails and auto texts in each Smart Plan will only be sent to the family member whose birthday it is. The variables in each of the Smart Plans will use the info of the family member whose birthday it is.
Manual Task Reminders
Chime users can now set up a reminder for each manual task in a Smart Plan (with the exception of "Checklist") to remind the assignee of the task. The reminder can be sent via an automated phone call or automatic text message when/before the task is due.
*Please note that a call/text package is required in order for the reminder feature to work as the call/text will be made via the virtual number. If the Smart Plan is a "Team Smart Plan," the reminder call/text will come from the Team Admin/Owner's virtual number. If it is a "My Smart Plan," the reminder call/text will come from that specific user's virtual number. This will count as call/text package usage. A call package (add-on) is required for call reminders.
You can be reminded by call or text at one of the following times:
- When the task is created
- 5 minutes before due
- 15 minutes before due
- 1 hour before due
- 1 day before due
Here is a sample of the content in the text message: "Hi, you have a new task for [lead name] at [task due time]. The task description is [task description]. Check your Chime CRM for further details."

Lead Pond Improvements
A new permission has been added that allows the Team Owner/Admin of an account to determine who should have access to the lead pond. Access includes putting leads in the lead pond, taking leads out, and viewing leads in the lead pond. This setting is located under Settings > Team > Agent > Agent Permissions.
An additional setting has been added to those who have access to the lead pond settings (users with the "Team Management" permission). This setting will allow for an option to be selected to clear all "Assigned To" roles (except the lender role) when a lead is assigned to the lead pond. This setting is located under Settings > Features > Lead Pond.
