In this section, you will learn how to view and compare how each lead source is performing using the Source Analysis report.
First, navigate to the Reporting tab in Chime.
The Team Owner/Admin and agents who have the “‘Manage Team” permission will have access to this “Source Analysis” report, found on the Reporting page under Marketing > Source.
Here, you will see data regarding your lead sources with some relevant statistics, such as total leads vs. closed leads from each source. In this way, you will be able to see which sources bring in the most leads in your database.
There are two views of this data: (1) Overview and (2) Table.
The “Lead Conversion” visuals in Overview show a comparison of the Total Leads and Closed Leads.
This displays a variety of different dimensions being tracked based on lead source.
There are two sets of filters available on both the Overview and Table format that can be used to better explore the data on the Source Analysis:
- This Month
- Last Month
- This Quarter
- Last Quarter
- This Year
- Last Year
- Last 2 Years
- Transaction Type
- Total Leads: This is the number of leads created in the timeframe selected.
- Closed Leads: The number of leads, within the selected time period, who have transaction(s) with the status set as 'Closed'
- Valid Leads: Either phone or email is valid
- Potential Leads: Leads associated with active transactions (not including Closed and Cancelled), that correspond to the time frame selected
