If you are running ads on Facebook to send leads to your Chime IDX website, a very important tool to set up via your Chime website settings is the Facebook Pixel.
The first step is to make sure you have your Facebook Pixel set up. For more information reference the following article by Facebook: The Facebook Pixel. Once you have this set up, located your Facebook Pixel ID and have it ready to add in your Chime CMS Tool. Add Facebook Pixel to Chime Site
First, open the CMS Tool > Settings > Integrations > Facebook Pixel:
There are two methods that can be used to integrate the Facebook Pixel with Chime: (1) the Pixel Code or (2) the Pixel ID. We recommend using the Pixel Code because it is easier to find.
Choose the method on Chime that you would like to use:
Copy either the Pixel Code or the Pixel ID from Facebook and add it to the corresponding section in Chime. Be sure to click "Save" when you are done. This will start working on the website almost immediately.
