Introduction
If you come upon the need to remove a call or text package that you have previously purchased and added to your Chime account, you can do so directly from your Chime CRM with the steps included in this article.

*IMPORTANT:
- These steps can only be followed by the Team Admin/Owner. Other users on a team cannot make these changes.
- The basic text package is included in the CRM and it can’t be deleted on the user interface.
Remove Call/Text Package
Navigate to the Settings > Dialer > Manage Dialer:
Remove for Team Admin/Owner
To remove a call/text package from the Team Admin/Owner, click on the "X" in the top-right of the "My Dialer License:
Confirm what you want to delete and then click the "Delete" button:
Remove for Team Users
To remove for other agents/users on a team, click on the trash can icon in the "Delete" column within the "Team Dialer Licenses" section:
Confirm what you want to delete and then click the "Delete" button:
After removing from individual agent users, you can reuse these same virtual numbers and assign them to others by clicking on "Assign Now" in the "Unassigned Dialer Licenses" section at the top:
You can then reassign the call/text packages to users on your team:
To have the call/text package licenses completely removed from the account (and billing), click on the "Delete License" button in the Unassigned Dialer Licenses" section:
*IMPORTANT: If you have not deleted the licenses, you will still be billed for the call/text package on your billing date.
Select the packages that you would like to delete and then click on the "Delete" button:
You will not be billed for the deleted call/text packages on your next billing date.
