Connect Money in Motion to Chime
To setup the integration between Money in Motion and Chime, please follow the steps below.
(a) Log into Money in Motion at https://app.aidentified.com/
(b) Click on the "Import & API Manager" icon found on the top menu, select "CRM," and then click on the Chime logo. Add your Chime login credentials (email and password), and click on the green "Submit" button. Please note that only one CRM can be in use at a time with Money in Motion. If you would like to connect Chime, you will have to disconnect any already connected.
(c) If the account has integrated correctly, you will see a confirmation message like this:
Using the Integration
The following are the main features available with the M2 platform:
Connect M2 to LinkedIn
This feature is very powerful as it allows for you to bring in your LinkedIn network to M2 and find out how you might connect to new M2 events via your LinkedIn network. To set this up, follow these steps:
Click on Import & API Manager > LinkedIn > Follow the indicated steps on that page.
Once you have completed the above steps, click on Network on the top menu. On this page you will see information summarizing everything from the LinkedIn data import. This same import process can be repeated to update the information (duplicate data will be merged).
The List View can be used to filter through your LinkedIn network using the available criteria:
You also easily send individual records from your LinkedIn network to Chime from the List View, by hovering over a name and selecting the Chime logo.
A Map View also shows the contacts from LinkedIn outlined on a map:
Another extremely useful tool that is available with the connection of M2 to LinkedIn is the ability to find paths of connection between those in your LinkedIn network, and those that have events triggered in M2. This allows for you to more strategically find out how you might go about contacting that individual.
To do so, go to the Money In Motion section and click on any event. If you have a "Potential Path" or way of connecting with that person based on your LinkedIn database, it will appear in this section:
Sending from M2 to Chime
The current integration is a one-way push of data from Money in Motion to Chime. To send a contact from M2 to Chime via the integration, navigate to any of the searches for "Events," "Companies," or "Favorites," hover over the record you are interested in transferring to Chime, and click on the Chime logo:
Upon doing this, you will see a confirmation message saying "Lead Added Successfully":
To view the lead in Chime, navigate to the People page and the lead should now be at the top of the list. Alternatively, you can search for the lead's name in the search bar at the top to locate their profile. Click on their name to navigate to their lead profile page.
The lead's contact information will be found under the details section. The source will be listed as "Other" and the lead will have a tag for "Money In Motion" that can be used to filter. If available, the property address for this lead will also be pulled into the lead profile.
You can now use Chime to reach out to this lead, add them to a targeted Smart Plan, etc. For more information on navigating a Chime lead profile, please reference Lead Profile Page.
Money in Motion will trigger an email alert that is sent out every 2-3 days with information that might be useful to review. It's called the "M2 Wealth Alert." It includes categories such as the following:
- Capital Raised
- Shares Sold
- Events by State

Q: Can users push an unlimited amount of leads from Money in Motion to Chime?
A: Currently, there is no limit to the number of leads that can be pushed from Money in Motion to Chime.
Q: Is it possible to do a bulk push of data from Money in Motion to Chime?
A: Currently, there is no option to bulk push data from Money in Motion to Chime.
Q: Does the data from the Money In Motion platform go through any comparison to a DNC list? Are there any restrictions on reaching out to leads found in M2?
A: Money In Motion does not currently scrub leads and compare them to a DNC list. This is the responsibility of each individual user to make sure they are tactful and professional in how they reach out to individuals.
