The "Market Snapshot" block can be used to display market trends on any page that you build. It’s a great tool to attract seller leads and show them what the local market looks like. These blocks are added by default to the Market Snapshot Pages (see Market Snapshot Page). This article describes how to set up and use this block.
Here is an example of what this block typically looks like:
Adding the Market Snapshot Block
To add the "Market Snapshot," navigate to the page where you would like to add it and then click on the "+ Blocks" button:
Drag the type of the "Market Snapshot" block that you would like to add to the right side where you would like it to appear on your web page:
Editing the Market Snapshot Block
To edit the settings for this block, double-click on the block or click on the "Edit" icon in the top-right of that block:
On this page, you can define the preset filters that are pre-populated when a client opens this page. The site visitors can always remove these filters if they want to check data for different locations.
*IMPORTANT: We highly recommend that you select at least one location in order for the snapshot block to generate data and display correctly.
You also can also customize the title and the style of the button displayed on this block as well as the title that displays on the listing list.
