Introduction
To integrate your Gmail account with Chime, follow the steps outlined below. If you would like to set this up via the Chime Mobile App, please reference the following article instead: Gmail Email Integration via Chime Mobile App.
*IMPORTANT: Please note that after integrating Gmail, the connection will go back 30 days by default and synchronize as many emails as possible. It will only synchronize emails that match leads that already exist in Chime, but it will also parse supported "New Lead Notifications" (see Lead Capture/Email Parsing) and create "new" leads in Chime that may, in fact, be leads that are old and you have already been in contact with. To avoid any confusion there, Chime recommends doing your lead import first (see Lead Import) so that the leads already exist and then any communication will sync to their profile.
