AI Assistant: Additional Existing Leads Triggers
In addition to existing triggers, the AI Assistant will now send out messages to try and engage with existing leads if they match the following criteria:
- The lead was marked at some point in time as a "High Interest" opportunity (see Opportunities > High Interest)
- The lead has been inactive (meaning they have not visited your Chime-built IDX website) for 2 weeks and then 4 weeks.
If this criteria is met, the AI Assistant will send out additional text messages with listing links to try and engage with the lead and qualify them.

Lead Export Improvement
With this update, you now have the ability to export leads directly from the People page. This means that you can use a combination of filters, groups, and pipeline stages to find specific leads to export. Prior to this release you were only able to export as To do so, navigate to the People page, apply filters, etc. as needed, select the three dots, and click Export Leads:
A prompt will then appear to confirm you want to export the current selection:
You will then receive an email when the leads are ready to download into a CSV.

Open House Tablet App
Chime has published the first version of an Open House app designed to be used on Apple and Android tablets.
The features are basically the same as on the Chime web app (logging in via your computer) with one important difference–you can use the tablet app offline to collect open house registrants and then synchronize them to your Chime CRM later when you have WiFi, etc.

Lead Pond Notifications
The following notifications have been added to the Lead Pond feature. Previously, notifications for leads in the Lead Pond would only go to the Team Owner/Admin. That has now changed, however.
New Lead in the Lead Pond
Previously, the system would not send notifications to users if a new lead was added to the Lead Pond via lead routing. Now, if you have access to use the Lead Pond (see Team Permissions), then you are able to configure settings for email, text, and push notifications via the Settings > Preference > Notifications > Lead Added to Pond:
Lead Pond Opportunity Notification
Previously, the system would not send out notifications to users if a lead lead in the Lead Pond triggered an opportunity notification (see Opportunities). Now, the system will send a push, email, and text notification to users with access to the Lead Pond (see Team Permissions) as follows:
High Interest: requests a showing, leaves a message via a form
High Interest: requests a showing
Lead Pond opportunities will be found under a dedicated section within the notifications:
