Introduction
The goal of this article is to explain the differences found in the Enterprise Edition when compared to the team products currently active in Chime. Be aware that most features are the same at the Enterprise Edition level as they are in the team products so it would be advisable to review the following articles to understand how the logic works for these features at the team level.

Smart Plans
My Smart Plans
The logic here has not changed. These represent Smart Plans for this specific user and are not accessible to anyone else.
Group Smart Plans
This is new with the New Enterprise platform. These Smart plans are visible to all users under this group and any subgroups (if applicable). Users with the "Manage Template —— User's Group" permission (see New Enterprise (Beta) - Permissions) can manage the Smart Plans for their own group and any subgroups.
When logged in as the Company Owner/Admin, you will only be able to view and copy group Smart Plans but you cannot edit the existing Smart Plans.
Company Smart Plans
The logic for Company Smart Plans is similar to "Team Smart Plans" at the team level. These are Smart Plans that can be applied to the entire account. They are visible to all company users. Users with the "Manage Template —— Entire Company" permission (see New Enterprise (Beta) - Permissions) can manage any Company Smart Plans.
Email Templates
Email templates at the New Enterprise level are only available at two levels: (1) My Email Templates and (2) Company Email Templates. This logic is the same as what is live in team editions of the Chime platform. See Email Templates (team).
Text Templates
Text templates at the New Enterprise level are only available at two levels: (1) My Text Templates and (2) Company Text Templates. This logic is the same as what is live in team editions of the Chime platform. See Text Templates (team).
Design Center
When you create a new folder, you can choose which groups to share the folder with.
- Users with the "Manage Template —— Entire Company" permission can share folders with all groups built out in the account.
- Users with the "Manage Template —— User's Group" permission can only share folders with their own group and any subgroups.
