Users can choose specific objectives for the AI Assistant. This goes hand in hand with recommendations that are placed within a lead profile page to suggest when the AI Assistant might be useful based on available context.
How it works
To manually trigger the AI Assistant to pursue a specific object, a menu with available options will be available in two different scenarios:
If the AI Assistant is actively working a lead
If the AI Assistant is muted on a lead
Clicking the Unmute button will open the menu with the available options:
Please note that if the AI Assistant is already pursuing a specific objective in a conversation with the lead, that option will be greyed-out and therefore cannot be selected:
Also, if a lead does not have any properties associated with their lead profile (these are recorded based on listings saved, showings requested, etc.), the option to have the AI Assistant attempt to schedule a showing will not be available.
However, if you do have properties tied to the lead, you will select the property that you would like the lead to use as the subject for communication and it will then begin to contact them to schedule a tour for that property.
Clicking any action will result in a confirmation prompt like the following that you will need to confirm before the AI will take action:
Whenever a conversation objective is skipped or triggered via any of the above options, a log will be made on the lead's activity timeline.
Suggestions for when to have the AI Assistant be involved in contacting the lead are located in the following locations:
If the AI is muted and the lead has not responded to the last three messages, and it has been longer than 24 hours since they responded:
