Introduction
This page will be updated whenever changes are deployed to the Chime API in order for partnering applications and vendors to easily track changes and troubleshoot broken integration points.
Notifications
Whenever changes are made to the Chime API you will receive an email notification directing you to this page to learn more about what is changing. We will attempt to provide you with as much notice as possible when changes are deployed, but unfortunately, in certain situations, advanced notice may not be feasible. All changes that are deployed will be documented here for your reference.
- Normal/Planned Updates and General Bug Fixes: Three days of advance notice can be expected via email.
- Urgent Bug Fixes: A notification email will be sent the same day as the changes are made but the changes may have already been deployed.
If you are using our API as an authorized vendor/partner, you should be on the email list to receive this notifications. If, for whatever reason, you are not receiving these notification emails when changes are made, please send a note to <support@chimeinc.com> referencing this article and requesting to be added to the email list.
