API Nation Integration
We now have a variety of contact integrations supported by API Nation. These are accessible via the Chime Marketplace and can be identified by the "API Nation" tag.
Mobile App: Search Leads by Notes
*This feature will publish to the app stores on 7/15/2022
Users can now use the mobile app to search for leads by the information stored in their notes. This search capability was already supported in the Web App as part of Feature Updates for CRM 3.44, Site 5.32, and will be supported on the mobile app.

Chime Calendar: Custom Events Categories
We made a quick change on the Chime Calendar that allows you to see more specifics related to custom dates in the Chime platform.
After this release, you will see two separate options for "Transaction Dates" and "Lead Profile Dates."
This helps to avoid confusion between custom lead/transaction dates.

Smart Listings + Offer Management
A few improvements have been made within the Smart Listings pages to facilitate access to Offer Management.
If a listing has still not made it to the "Under Contract" stage, there will be a suggested action to Create an Offer Link:
In order for an offer to be created, a transaction must exist. If one already exists, a quick process will be available to create an offer link. Otherwise, it will ask for a transaction to be created first.
You can easily access a transaction via the Smart Listing page if associated with your listing. You can also create offer links, copy an existing offer link, and manage existing offers directly from this section as well:

Reporting Page: Manual Updates
For the reporting page, you can now manually update all reports instead of having to wait for scheduled periodic updates. This will help avoid delays and give you control over the last sync for your reports. Access the Reporting page and then click the "update" icon in the top-right:
You will see a message indicating that the report is being updated. You can leave the page and return later if you would like to work on other tasks while it is updating:
Once updated, you will see the last time it happened in the top-right corner:

Billing Center: Invoice Management
Instead of having to contact Chime Support, you can now access all of your Chime invoices directly from the CRM. Previous invoices will only be available from January 2021 until now so if you require anything older than that please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Access the Billing Center by clicking your profile picture in the top-right and then selecting "Billing":
Here is what you can do on this page:
- Pay an overdue bill
- Download detailed invoices from January 2021 and forward
- Adjust payment information
- Review payment method, payment date, and the amount charged

You can also adjust the name and address that should be listed on the invoice and this will be reflected on all invoices moving forward:
Lead Generation Reporting Optimization
If you run lead generation with Chime you may notice a simple optimization that was made.
Before this update, the total leads generated via a campaign could potentially be inaccurate when a lead was reassigned, deleted, or converted to a private lead.
With this release, the total count will now cover those scenarios so that you can accurately measure the performance of each campaign.
Profile Picture Frames
You may have noticed a profile picture frame that you could apply within the CRM when you logged in during Independence Day weekend. You may see these as future options within the platform!
A few things to note when applying these frames to your profile image in the CRM:
- This frame is only temporary and will be automatically removed a few days after the holiday ends
- The frame will not be visible on any of your customer-facing emails, email signatures, etc. It is currently only intended to be visible for you as a Chime user to celebrate the holiday.
Auto Home Report (BETA)
*This feature is still only in beta. If you are interested in participating, please reach out to email@example.com to have these features made available.
Though this feature remains in closed beta, the Home Report has been improved with this update to provide more automation and settings.
Access Home Report settings under Campaigns > Home Report:
At the top, you will see the package you are on, the maximum number of active reports you can have, and your partner lender (if applicable).
On the top row you can review performance for the current month:
- Active Reports - The total number of homeowners who have at least one active Home Report applied
- Emails Sent - The total number of emails sent during this month
- Emails Viewed - The total number of emails viewed during this month
In the table below, you can do the following:
- See and access every individual lead
- See estimated home value, equity, mortgage balance, the date for the last email that was sent to them, and the total number of emails sent to that lead
- Perform actions such as viewing the Home Report, sending one immediately, pausing the Home Report, and deleting the Home Report
- If a Home Report is paused then it will not count towards the next month's report total.
If you are close to reaching the maximum number of active Home Reports you will see a banner at the top of the page indicating that this is the case and you will also receive an email notification.
You can also now edit settings for an Auto Home Report on this tab.
By editing these settings, leads that match and have all the necessary information in their lead profile will automatically have a Home Report added.
The "Partner Lender" option allows you to choose a lender to automatically be assigned if one has not already been added to a lead. If you have a cost-sharing lender they will be added by default here and cannot be removed.
This feature is available for all Home Report packages (including the free trial).

AI Assistant Improvements
We have made it easier to provide feedback on AI Assistant responses. You can do so in three locations within a lead profile:
(1) Assigned To Section
Hover over the AI Assistant and click on the option to provide feedback. This will allow you to provide general feedback on how the AI Assistant is performing.
(2) Lead Timeline
Click on the hyperlink to "Rate AI Response." This will allow you to provide feedback on that specific AI Assistant response.
(3) Chat Panel
When you are reviewing an AI conversation in the chat panel, you can click the link at the top to provide feedback as well.
Your feedback will be documented and reviewed by our team for implementation within the AI Assistant logic if appropriate. You will receive an email informing you of what action has been taken for your AI Assistant feedback so that you are aware that your feedback is valuable.
If you are on Chime's Enterprise product, Group Owners can now add their own AI Assistant and extend its functionality down to the members of their group/subgroups.
Previously, they were unable to share the AI Assistant functionality with those underneath them in the hierarchy.
Please note that the AI Assistant will currently still use the Enterprise "Company Name" when introducing itself to leads, though this will be optimized in the future to reference the group name if possible.
Manual Assignment of Seller Objectives
We released an update as part of Chime 3.48 that allows you to identify a specific seller objective for the AI Assistant to take when interacting with leads. With this update, the feature is now live for the mobile app in addition to the web app.

Social Studio Optimizations
We have added a new Quick Post block to the Social Studio. The post content can be shuffled to generate new ideas if you would like. This section will generate suggested post content using the following scenarios:
- Listing Post
- "My Listings" that have never been posted via Social Studio
- "Team Listings" that came to market in the last seven days
- Landing Page Post
- Landing pages that have been created in the last seven days
- Blog Post
- Blog posts that have been created in the last seven days
- Holiday Posts
- Any upcoming holidays (that post content is available for) within the next seven days
Clicking on the option to use the Quick Post will automatically populate default content that you can then edit before posting to your social channels:
Auto-Post Team Listings
With this update, you can also auto-post team listings if you are subscribed to the Social Studio Pro solution (add-on). Access it by clicking on the Social Auto-Post button in the top-right and then clicking on the tab for Auto-Post Listing Rules.
The column for "Team Listings" is new and will allow you to auto-post if your Chime teammates have listings that you can also use to drive traffic to.
You will be asked to confirm that you have their permission to promote their listings before you can enable this setting.
The reporting page for each individual social post will now show "Engaged Leads" and "New Leads" instead of just new leads. This is good information to track because a social post can be intended for existing leads instead of just for new lead capture.
Both of these numbers are clickable and will take you to the leads who have engaged with your post or were newly captured.

Landing Pages: Neighborhood Template
You can now create a landing page using the neighborhood/featured area functionality. You can customize the forced registration pop-up content and trigger rules.

Chime Blog Tool Optimizations
The Chime Blog Tool has been improved in a few different ways with this update.
First, on the website, your blog posts will display in the same order they appear within the posts list within the CMS settings.
With this release, you can pin one post to the top or you can sort the posts by published date or updated date to have those appear in that order automatically.
Next, when creating a new blog post, you can now edit the line spacing and schedule a specific time for your post to be published:
Finally, when adding a blog block to a specific page on your website, you can now choose which categories you want to display within that block. These categories are assigned when creating blog posts.
