Transaction Management: Mobile App Support

Chime's Transaction Management features can now be accessed via the Chime mobile apps on Android and Apple devices.

Depreciation of Microsoft Exchange Basic Authentication
Microsoft is removing support for certain Microsoft email integration methods which means that existing connections using these methods need to be updated to a supported option. We have also sent all users affected by this an email. If you need support reconnecting your email, please reach out to our Support Team
Users who are using Outlook and integrating with Chime using the "Exchange" or "IMAP/SMTP" option will no longer have this method supported and must reconnect.
Users who are using a self-hosted email service and integrating with Chime using "Exchange" option will no longer have this method supported and must reconnect.

Seller Ads 2.0
We have released a new seller ads package called Seller Ads 2.0. You can find this offering directly in the Chime Marketplace:
While you have an active subscription to Seller Ads 2.0, the following are included:
- Social Studio Pro
- CMAs can be created for all Chime Paid Leads
- Unlimited CMAs for all leads are available at a 50% discount.
- *NOTE: If you terminate your Seller Ads 2.0 subscription, the original cost for the CMA Tool will be billed the following month.
- Home Reports can be created for all Chime Paid Leads

MLS Compliance Updates
Confirmation Pop-Up for Brokerage, Logo, and Domain Changes
When you change your brokerage name, your homepage logo, or your website domain, this will typically require a review by your MLS to ensure there are accurate records and everything is compliant. Now, when these actions are taken in the Chime CMS as you edit your website, you will see a pop-up that asks you to confirm the action. This will also trigger a ticket with the Chime Support Team to reach out and take any additional steps if necessary.

AI Assistant Optimizations
The AI Assistant settings page's overall user interface has improved with this update.
The following specific optimizations have been made as well.
A new Data Report shows you the following–all of which are clickable:
- Leads are currently being monitored by the AI Assistant
- Leads who have responded to the AI Assistant
- Appointments that the AI Assistant has scheduled
- Closed Transactions that the AI Assistant has been involved in
*IMPORTANT: This data is currently only available for the most recent 30 days.
New Engagement Options
For the engagement options of the AI Assistant, there are now only two instead of three. This is because the text message qualification settings have been combined and new options made available.

All AI Assistant settings related to its live chat efforts on your Chime-built website can be controlled here:
AI Text Message Communication
To control how the AI Assistant engages via text message with new leads entering your CRM, edit using this section:
There are now three tabs in this section, for lead types, that you can access individually. You now have more fine control over when you want the AI Assistant to engage with leads via text. You can check/uncheck the boxes and then choose when specifically it will activate for each conversation option.
AI Assistant: Duplicate Lead Logic Improvement
Prior to this update, the AI Assistant would attempt to have conversations with all leads that have the same phone number but this would cause confusion in the conversations, logged timeline notes, and notifications. With this update, the AI Assistant will only work one lead at a time with the same phone number to avoid this issue. This simply means that if there are multiple leads with the same phone number, the AI Assistant will only have a conversation with one of them.
When you attempt to unmute the AI Assistant to get it to engage with a lead who has a duplicate phone number already qualified, you will see a pop-up informing you that the AI is already having a conversation with that phone number. This same logic applies if you have a Smart Plan scheduled to engage the AI in conversation with a lead.
- The above logic will apply even if there are multiple AI Assistants on one account (assigned to multiple users)
- This logic also applies even if you are on Enterprise and allow for duplicate leads to exist
Lead Import Optimizations
The lead import process has been improved in the following ways.
Instead of having to choose how you would like to trigger auto-emails for your leads prior to processing the import, you will now be asked to do so after the import has been processed.

Upload Contacts via Mobile App
You already had access to upload the leads via the Chime Mobile App but now there is a reminder to do so from the web app and a QR code that can be scanned for easy access. When you scan the code, you will be taken directly to the installed Chime Mobile App where you can add leads from your phone contacts.
AI Assistant Pop-Up
If users have finished the first-time lead import process successfully but do not yet have the AI Assistant added on their account they will see a reminder to take advantage of the 30-day free trial which they can access at the click of a button. An email will also be sent based on the same criteria.
Lead Generation Pop-Up
For users who have finished the built-in onboarding checklist and have not yet added Chime lead generation services to their account, they will see a reminder to take a look at Chime lead gen. An email will also be sent based on the same criteria.
New Website Template
*This feature is delayed till 9/8/2022*
We have added a sixth website template to our platform that is available to all users with Chime website functionality. This style is designed to focus on luxury themes with gold and black colors.
You can select this new template by navigating to CMS> Editor> Style> Template:
*NOTE: All blocks and pages are the same as on the other templates but with the updated theme.
